Champion's Mentality
In 2016 I won the Philippine Aeropress Championship after being a barista for less than a year. With the support of the community, family, and friends I flew to Dublin to compete in the World Aeropress; only to be knocked out immediately. Did I lose miserably? Yes. Did I foster relationships and learn from those around me? Yes. A champion doesn't simply win, a champion strives to be wholly better at all things. Take Time is my journey into roasting and origin, a foray into relationships with clients and farmers. Everyone ought to win, not just one champion.
Rich Experience
We've been there before. After running a retail coffee shop for over three years we understand the needs and frustrations of running a cafe. Understanding the roast level, the characteristics of the origins, the effect of water, temperature, brew recipe, are all things we work on together with our clients. That's why we collaborate and work together with like minded individuals who share the same passion and teachable attitude that we have.
